1. The service
Evidara provides a pharmaceutical evidence intelligence platform that synthesizes biomedical databases using AI agents to produce structured evidence outputs for research and decision-support purposes. The platform is intended for use by qualified pharmaceutical professionals including HEOR researchers, medical affairs teams, market access professionals, and clinical development scientists.
Not a medical device: Evidara is not a medical device, clinical decision support system, or regulated health software. Outputs are intended to inform human expert review — not to replace it. All outputs are marked PROVISIONAL until validated by a qualified scientific reviewer.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be a qualified professional or authorized representative of a pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, or health economics organization.
- You must not use the platform in violation of applicable law, including laws governing data privacy, export control, and professional licensing.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify us immediately at celldna1@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
API keys are issued per organization and scoped to your organization's data. You must not share API keys outside your organization or use them to access data belonging to another organization.
4. Acceptable use
You may use Evidara for legitimate pharmaceutical research, evidence synthesis, and decision-support purposes. You must not:
- Submit Protected Health Information (PHI) or other identifiable patient data to the platform.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform at scale beyond normal use.
- Use the platform to make autonomous clinical decisions about individual patients.
- Misrepresent AI-generated outputs as independently validated scientific findings without human expert review.
- Use outputs in regulatory submissions without appropriate expert validation and disclosure of AI-assisted synthesis.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, usage metering, or access controls.
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable professional codes of conduct.
5. Output limitations and disclaimers
Evidara outputs are AI-generated evidence syntheses. They are:
- Advisory only: All outputs require expert review before use in any professional, regulatory, or commercial context.
- Not peer-reviewed: AI synthesis is not equivalent to systematic review by qualified scientists.
- Subject to data gaps: Outputs explicitly flag data gaps and sparse data signals. The absence of a finding does not constitute evidence of absence.
- Time-limited: Evidara does not maintain its own copy of the source databases. Every run queries PubMed, Europe PMC, ClinicalTrials.gov, the Cochrane Library and openFDA live at the time of the run, so results reflect those sources as of the retrieval timestamp shown on each output. Re-running the same query later may return different results.
We provide outputs "as is" and do not warrant their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You assume full responsibility for how outputs are used in your professional work.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Prices are as stated at the time of purchase. We may update pricing with 30 days' notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds. Trial usage is subject to the limits displayed in the platform and may be modified with 14 days' notice.
7. Intellectual property
Evidara retains all rights to the platform, evidence synthesis engine, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of any proprietary data you submit as inputs. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform during your subscription period. You may use outputs in your professional work with appropriate attribution to the underlying sources — not to "Evidara AI" as a standalone authority.
8. Confidentiality
We treat your queries and outputs as confidential. We do not share your data with other customers, use it for model training, or disclose it except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evidara's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on platform outputs without appropriate expert validation.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Evidara harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform in violation of these Terms, your submission of data that infringes third-party rights, or your misuse of outputs in professional or regulatory contexts.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for material violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that poses a security risk. You may delete your account at any time from account settings or by emailing celldna1@gmail.com. On termination, your data is retained per the schedule in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration under JAMS rules, with proceedings in English. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes to these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
